Choo Choo Day

Grandpa, Grandma Julie, and Uncle Jeff went with the boys to Des Plaines to eat lunch at the Choo Choo. The boys were a bit hesitant to board the "large, loud" metra, but had a great time once they were on. They enjoyed the train horn at every stop.

Pirates Cove 2

As you can see.... the boys love Pirates Cove! This time, Kyle was more adventurous and attempted the paddles boats. To allow the adults to eat breakfast, Grandma Julie put together a secret toy bag. Grandpa taught the boys to grab without looking to encourage a "surprise".

July Fun

This week we went to Phillips Park and Zoo in Aurora. We stopped for breakfast at Burnt Toast where the boys loved their chocolate chip pancakes. The zoo was great! The boys loved the train ride around the entire park and the wolves that they thought were dogs, woof...woof... Next week we are off to the Kane County Fair!

The boys love sliding into the pool and playing with their "sprinkler". Kyle has fun collecting water in a cup and then splashing himself with it! Grandpa gave the boys their first official golf lesson....even though the boys think they are playing hockey.
